One of our most recent projects that we have been working on is assembling a collection of help videos for not only our customers but general users, whilst looking into our ticketing database we’ve selected some of the most common reported issues that could be resolved by customers and created tutorials to help educate users.
The benefit of this is that so if any of our customers want to learn to resolve issues, they can which reduces waiting times and contact with our experts whilst building a better knowledge on the current technology landscape.
Whilst we will always be here to help our customers it’s nice to be able to refer our customers to simple tutorials so that if they wanted to in the future they can self resolve the issues.
We’re finding more and more that especially as technology improves a lot of end users have not been able to gain a lot of knowledge on simple technologies that can help them on the day to day, by providing these videos we’re hoping to help the public and our customers improve skills that they have not had chance to learn yet.
In this video we cover optimising and tidying Outlook, it’s a common report that we see is people complaining of slow performance and storage issues, this tutorial can help resolve the simple things.
